Fresh, then frozen
Nothing waits around in a pot. Each curry is cooked that morning, then fast-frozen so a Thai meal can sit in the freezer and be ready at a moment’s notice.

Cooked fresh
Made the morning of the freeze, with coconut, herbs, and chicken, beef, or tofu we’d be happy to serve the same day. The kitchen is cleaned down between batches.

Fast frozen
As soon as the curry has cooled, we freeze it quickly. That seals the flavor of a just-cooked meal, and the hygiene of one that never sat warm.

Held for safety
The freeze is the food-safety step: it keeps the tray stable until it reaches your door. Keep it frozen at home, cook it through from frozen, and don’t refreeze it once thawed.

Three months in the freezer
A tray stacks flat and takes little room. In a home freezer it keeps for three months. When you want it, Thai food is about 15 minutes away — no shopping, and no thawing overnight.

Fresh and frozen both need at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day orders are not taken. We deliver in the window you pick.

Pay when it arrives
No card on this page. Cash or card when the order lands on the step.
